RICHARD A. SKINNER
Secretary/Treasurer of the Andrus Center and senior partner in the law firm of Skinner Fawcett, Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Stanford University in 1967 (BA, cum laude) and received his JD from the University of Chicago in 1970. Member Idaho State Bar and California State Bar. Mr. Skinner practices law in Boise with a specialty in public finance, corporate, administrative and real estate law. He serves or has served on the board of directors of several nonprofit corporations, including Healthwise, Inc., the Idaho Film Foundation, and Corpus Christi, Inc.
