Board Member of the Andrus Center and Vice President, Radian Guaranty, Inc., Philadelphia. Mr. Mittleider is recognized as a financial consultant and an entrepreneurial leader in the management and development of affordable housing. From 1987 to 1995, he was President and CEO of the Idaho Housing Finance Association and brought it from a traditional public authority into a nationally- recognized organization known for innovation and creativity, particularly in the area of affordable housing. He is a native Idahoan and, on the few days each month when he is not on an airplane, he resides in Boise.
