Assistant to the Chairman. Ms. Wharry served as Idaho case worker and field representative for Senator Frank Church for twelve years before joining Governor Andrus as his scheduler and personal assistant in 1984. She is responsible for the Center's office operation and for the planning and implementing of the conference logistics. Ms. Wharry holds a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MA in English from Kent State University.
