SNAKE: The River Between Us
November 28-29, 1995
Boise State University
Boise, Idaho

For an entire year, two Idaho daily newspapers, the Idaho Falls Post Register and the Lewiston Morning Tribune, ran an extensive series of articles on various issues surrounding the Snake River, the 600-mile waterway that connects the two cities. In a joint effort to make certain that the interest raised by the articles led to significant action, The Andrus Center, in partnership with the two papers, presented Snake: The River Between Us at Boise State University in November of 1995.

From that conference, a report of recommendations and findings emerged. Printed copies of that report and of the complete transcript are available from the Andrus Center or click the link below to download a .pdf version.
