Board Member of the Andrus Center, consultant, and events planner. During Governor Andrus's administration, Ms. Mittleider was the executive director for the Idaho Governor's Cup Golf Tournament, a national fund-raising event in Sun Valley for over 500 participants. In addition, she administered the Governor's Cup Scholarship Fund, which provided full four-year scholarships to top Idaho high school seniors. In the 1980s, she served as Administrative Assistant to the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association in Boise.
